The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel - Managed By Accor, Kuta (Bali)

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right near the beach and vibrant areas, which I loved. The room was clean and spacious, but there were moments when the overall cleanliness fell short, and some amenities need more attention. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my stay feel homely. However, the dining options, especially breakfast, could certainly improve in quality. Overall, while there are highlights, it's not quite the luxurious experience I was hoping for.

I had a great stay at this resort, especially enjoying the spacious Executive King Suite that had two TVs and a nice sofa. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. However, one bad experience during breakfast with an unfriendly staff member marred an otherwise perfect stay. Luckily, the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful, which made a difference.

However, the cleanliness of the room was lacking, and I encountered some noise disturbances at night. The dining experience was great, particularly the breakfast options. It’s a good value for money considering its prime location near the beach.
